Access; Restrictions

You are granted limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive access to kukku.io's service via a web browser. You shall not copy, modify, lease, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service. Compliance with applicable laws is required.

Your subscription includes basic support. This includes reasonable efforts to make the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime, or (b) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including without limitation: acts of God, acts of social media companies, acts of government, natural disasters, acts of terror, internet service provider (ISP) failures or delays, strikes or other labour events (other than those involving Our employees), or denial of service (DDoS) attacks.
